1. Order Processing & Dispatch
We do not use third-party drop-shippers. From our Bavarian factory, materials are transferred to our dedicated German fulfillment center. From there, they are shipped directly to you—no middlemen, no reseller markups.
Operational efficiency is core to our brand. All in-stock orders are processed within 24 business hours. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on working days (Monday – Friday, excluding German public holidays) are dispatched the exact same day.
2. Estimated Transit Times
Once your order leaves our facility, transit time depends strictly on your geographical zone. We partner with DHL to ensure the fastest possible routing.
*Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and may occasionally be affected by local customs processing or severe weather anomalies.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery Tier
Shipping costs are calculated algorithmically at checkout based on the total weight of your cart and the destination zone.
We cover the freight cost. Orders totaling €50.00 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping within the European Union.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For EU Customers: Infilus operates within the European Union. All orders shipped to EU member states are free from additional customs duties or import taxes.
For International Customers (Non-EU): Orders shipped outside the EU are delivered on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. The recipient is recognized as the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Any import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Real-Time Tracking
Full transit visibility is active on every order. As soon as your parcel is scanned out of our facility, you will receive an automated email containing your DHL tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment's journey.
Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking link to activate in the carrier's global database after receiving the notification.
6. Freight Damages & Factory Guarantee
We engineer our cardboard spools and vacuum-sealed bags to withstand severe logistical stress. However, if your filament arrives structurally damaged or the vacuum seal is broken upon delivery, we take full responsibility.
Please contact our engineering support team via the Contact form within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photograph of the damaged spool/packaging. We will dispatch a replacement immediately.
