Frequently Asked Questions

Answers regarding materials, B2B procurement, and factory logistics.

1. Material & Technical

Yes. We want to make transitioning to our polymers seamless. You can find detailed Technical Data Sheets and recommended print settings (temperature, retraction, speeds) in our Documentation Hub.

Yes. We use precision-reinforced eco-friendly cardboard spools. They are dimensionally engineered to roll frictionlessly within the Bambu Lab AMS and various MMU systems without needing printed adapters.

Although our filament ships factory vacuum-sealed with desiccant, industrial-grade polymers (especially Nylon/PA12, TPU, and CF blends) are highly hygroscopic. We strongly recommend drying these materials prior to printing for optimal results (e.g., 80°C for 6-8 hours for PA12).

2. B2B & Payments

Yes. We understand that corporate procurement processes can be complex. Research institutions, universities, and established print farms can apply for a B2B account to unlock SEPA transfers and Proforma Invoicing.

During the standard checkout process, provide your company's valid European VAT number. Our system will validate the ID against the VIES system and automatically deduct the tax from your total prior to payment.

3. Shipping & Logistics

Speed is a priority. All in-stock items ordered before 14:00 CET on business days are packed and handed over to DHL on the exact same day. You will receive a tracking link immediately.

Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location. However, we cover the freight for larger orders: Shipping is free from €50 across the entire EU.

4. Returns & Quality Control

Every spool is manufactured to a strict ±0.02 mm tolerance verified by multi-axis laser micrometers during extrusion to prevent clogs and inconsistent extrusion.

If your material arrives with a broken vacuum seal or evidence of transit damage, contact us at info@infilus.com within 48 hours. Include your order number and photos of the defect. We will provide a replacement immediately.
