Yes. Our reinforced, eco-friendly cardboard spools are dimensionally engineered for smooth, reliable feeding in the Bambu Lab AMS and many MMU systems, no printed adapters required.

Although our filament ships factory vacuum-sealed with desiccant, industrial-grade polymers (especially Nylon/PA12, TPU, and CF blends) are highly hygroscopic. We strongly recommend drying these materials prior to printing for optimal results (e.g., 80°C for 6-8 hours for PA12).

During the standard checkout process, provide your company's valid European VAT number. Our system will validate the ID against the VIES system and automatically deduct the tax from your total prior to payment.

If your material arrives with a broken vacuum seal or evidence of transit damage, contact us at info@infilus.com within 48 hours. Include your order number and photos of the defect. We will provide a replacement immediately.
