Corporate Data Protection
GDPR compliance protocols to safeguard your operational and commercial data during transactions and web interactions with Infilus.
In compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we have drafted this privacy policy to explain how we protect your commercial infrastructure when you use our website. The data controller responsible for your data is:
Infilus GmbH
Bahnhofstraße 44
86641 Rain am Lech
Germany
Email: info@infilus.com
We treat cybersecurity with the same rigor as our extrusion metrology. This website uses strict 256-bit TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption for the tap-proof transmission of all commercial data, account passwords, and payment information.
Your payments are routed through PCI DSS Level 1 certified gateways. Infilus never stores or processes your raw credit card data on our local servers.
To maintain the operational integrity of our store infrastructure, our web servers automatically generate and store technical data logs when you visit our portal. This includes your device's IP address, browser user-agent, timestamps, and page navigation routing.
This data is strictly necessary under Art. 6 Para. 1 (f) GDPR (legitimate interest) to ensure network security and deter cyber attacks. We do not link this data to personally identifiable information.
When you submit a Corporate Account Application, request engineering support, or place a commercial order, we collect the data you explicitly provide (e.g., Company Name, VAT ID, shipping address, extrusion volume).
We process this information exclusively on the basis of contractual fulfillment (Art. 6 Para. 1 (b) GDPR) to manage pricing tiers, verify tax-exempt statuses, and dispatch logistics. Your data is securely vaulted within our ERP and CRM systems. We do not sell your commercial data to third-party data brokers.
Analytics & Cookies
Infilus utilizes enterprise-grade analytical systems (such as Google Analytics 4) to study navigational bottlenecks and optimize B2B performance. We use IP Anonymization across all our tracking configurations so your workstation's IP address is immediately masked upon entering data collection networks.
Functional cookies are deployed to maintain session state, language preferences, and live cart data. You may revoke or grant non-essential cookie usage via your browser at any time.
Professional Advertising Tracking
We operate in corporate markets and utilize tools like the LinkedIn Insight Tag and Meta Pixel to measure the efficiency of our B2B campaigns. These tools may correlate your website visit with your respective professional profile if you are currently logged into their platforms. You can manage your ad choices directly within your LinkedIn or Meta account settings.
As a data subject operating within the European market, you possess robust rights regarding your data:
- Right of Access & Rectification: You may request an export of all personal data associated with your account and mandate the correction of inaccurate billing profiles.
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You may request that we purge your data from our CRM systems and records, provided there is no legal retention of tax and accounting records required by German law.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: If you opted into our factory updates or B2B communications, you may revoke this access instantly via the unsubscribe links located in all corporate emails.
If you believe the processing of your data violates data protection laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Because Infilus operates out of Bavaria, the primary supervisory authority is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA).
