RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Right to Cancel

In accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.

Cancellation Deadline

The cancellation period expires 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the final item in your order.

How to Cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision in a clear and unambiguous manner (e.g., by letter, email, or fax) using the following contact information:

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the cancellation before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than our least expensive standard option). The refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than:

  • 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or

  • 14 days after you provide evidence of having returned the goods, or

  • 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel (if no goods were supplied).

 

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Retention of Reimbursement

We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned to us or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

 

Return of Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

Return Costs

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Consumer Liability for Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
