In designing our production lines, we incorporated the latest innovations from leading European and US manufacturers of extrusion and molding equipment.
Each section of the production line is equipped with its own computer control unit and is networked to enable synchronized operation from start-up to shut-down.
Computerised control featuring parameter visualisation and recipe memory enables the setting and preservation of any color shade throughout the entire batch and ensures its reproducibility in all subsequent batches.
The visualisation of technological process parameters and their storage on a dedicated server for future use in the quality management system allows us to continually refine and enhance our production technology.

2. High-Tech Solutions
The raw material undergoes mandatory drying. A multi-component gravimetric mixer-doser ensures precise weight dosing of the base material, special additives and colorants. The extruder's digital drive and specialised screw geometry guarantee perfect melt gomogeneity.
The contactless calibration technology, adopted from medical device manufacturing, prevents any contact between the polymer melt and the mechanical parts of the equipment, ensuring zero surface roughness.
Built into the equipment's control system a laser diameter gauge provides continuous monitoring of diameters of the filaments, eliminating human error. The high-speed automatic digital winder, equipped with a recipe library for winding parameters, enables the production of neatly wound coils of a pre-determined length.

3. Top Materials.
Our products are manufactured exclusively from primary materials (base polymer, modifying additives, and colorants) supplied by the world’s leading manufacturers, all of which undergo mandatory incoming quality control. The materials used in our filament production are subject to rigorous pre-testing and selection.
The UV stabilisers and modifying additives incorporated during filament production guarantee the long-term preservation of physical and mechanical properties, as well as resistance to sunlight, which gradually degrades the polymer. This is especially crucial for the durability of 3D-printed products used outdoors.
Quality control of both raw materials and finished products is conducted using our own laboratory equipment.
